Widower Raman lives a poor lifestyle in Mumbai, India, along with two daughters, Tara, who is mature, and Seema, who is still a minor. Raman makes a living driving a horse carriage (Victoria) bearing the number 203. One night a woman who has been stabbed comes to him for assistance, he decides to take her to the hospital, but on the way he is stopped at a Police Checkpoint. The Police inspect the Victoria, find the injured passenger, take her to hospital, and arrest Raman. Subsequently the injured woman passes away in hospital and Raman with charged with Murder. A devastated Tara dons the garb of a male and drives the Victoria to make a living. What Tara does not know that their family-owned Victoria will soon become the focus of attention of two ex-convicts, Raja and Rana; a diamond appraiser, Jimmy, who is not who he claims to be; a dangerous underworld don, Bobby Bombatta and his girlfriend, Devyani, as well as other gangsters – who will do anything in their power to possess the Victoria and it’s contents.
