Police inspector Karan Srivastav along with his colleague inspector Ali is baffled when they must investigate the murder of inspector Rane. They does manage to locate an eye-witness in the form and shape of a bar dancer, Anjali; when the perpetrators headed by Changez Lala learn about this all odds are stake up to kill Anjali. Anjali is then taken by Karan to a safe place far away from city area. Matters take a turn for the worse one day when Karan is suspended from duty leaving the way all clear for Lala and his men to carry out there nefarious activities without any interference from the police.
