Millionaire Durgeshwari Devi is a very stubborn and proud lady. She has two sons, who are employed in her factory. Her pet daughter Rekha is studying in a medical college in Bombay. It is a co-incidence that he falls in love with Rekha. When this news is conveyed to Durgeshwari by her Secretary Shakti, she get enraged. Raja marries Rekha secretly. Durgeshwari has to accept Raja as her son-in-law and invites him along with her daughter to stay in her house.
