After Arjun Sehgal and several other of his friends successfully pass their school examinations from Pune’s St. Conrad Public School, they decide to apply for admission in a number colleges but are turned down due to poor marks. They then decide to approach a rebel professor, Tariq Siddiqui, who runs an unaccredited institute, and agree to get together 100 students to get this college running. After an advertising campaign, more than 100 students approach to be enrolled – but Arjun and his friends are in for nothing but trouble – as Tariq unexpectedly passes away leaving the administration in the hands of an unruly alcoholic male, Devang; and Raghvendra, a Dean from another college, together with the help of the police and educational authorities are determined to ban this college once and for all.
